Thankyou Card

Hi again,

I hope you all had a great holiday weekend.  I decided to do a challenge card - which I would have posted last night but my ****** computer threw a wobbly.

I'm not sure if it shows up properly here but the wings on the fairy and the butterflies are all raised.  I quite liked the idea of trying to make it look as if the fairy was sitting on the edge strip.  I hope you like it.

Border Strip and Green BG paper (Punched with Nesties Labels 12)- Canon Creative Park
Fairy - Colouring Pages from the net (coloured with felt tips)

  5. Oh yes, you can see the raised effect on the butterflies very well, Jacqui! It's so clever and amazing! I love the fairy - her wings are gorgeous - great way to make both stand out so well! I'm so glad you found us through the Daily Dare. We're so happy to have you join us at Tellen's Place! :-)

  24. Hi Jaqui' just to let you know that after a close call and no doubt inspired by the support received on PepPop's Crafty Place, Petershill Football Club did in fact manage to avoid relegation from the Super-duper League and live to fight another day in that exalted division. I would like to thank you for bringing their plight to the attention of your co-PepPoppers and acknowledge that the resultant support that that provided obviously helped them in achieving that "goal". It is to be hoped, however, that next year's birthday card will reflect the form of a team doing much better and that the card itself will be top of the league in handycraft design. Keep up the good work!!!
